Ningbo Yinzhou Simai Textile Co., Ltd. is a factory in Ningbo China, specialiezing in hair interlining, made-up hair interlining, shoulder pads and needle pounch felt. We are dedicated to providing exceptional services and products. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives our business forward.
Heritage
Three decades at the loom
Simai Textile began as a eight shuttle looms workshop and grew into a specialist manufacturer supplying tailoring houses, garment factories and uniform makers on five continents. The looms got faster — the standard never moved.

1995
Ningbo Hongda Garment Accessories Factory founded as a eight shuttle looms workshop weaving hair hair interlining for local market.
2006
Start weaving hair interlining by rapier loom to improve the quality.
2009
In order to develop oversea market, Ningbo Yinzhou Simai Textile founded.
2013
Developed shoulder pads and needle pounch felt business to meet customers' requirment.
2015
Developed made-up hair interlining business, sarted to supply chest pieces and sleeve head interlining.
The craft
From raw fiber to rolled hair interlining
Four stages, all under one roof. Keeping the entire process in-house is how a small mill guarantees consistency at industrial volume.
Fiber selection
Every lot begins with graded horse tail hair, goat hair and wool, sourced from long-standing suppliers and tested for length, crimp and tensile strength before it ever reaches a loom.
Weaving
Hair weft is laid into cotton or viscose warp on dedicated looms, tension-controlled pick by pick so the canvas keeps an even spring across the full width of the cloth.
Finishing & shrinking
Scouring, dyeing, sanforizing and calendering set the final hand. Each finish is tuned to its end use — from crisp chest canvas to soft sleeve-head wadding.
Inspection & rolling
Every meter passes over an illuminated inspection frame. Weight, shrinkage and resilience are logged per lot, so what we ship behaves exactly like the sample you approved.
