Product range

Hair Interlining

Woven with a genuine horse tail-hair weft, our hair interlining delivers the resilient spring and shape memory that full-canvas tailoring depends on. It moulds to the wearer with every pressing and never goes flat — the structural backbone of a jacket front, chest piece and lapel roll.

Made-up Hair Interlining

Our made-up hair interlinings take the same hair interlining and deliver it pre-cut, pre-shaped and ready to lay into the garment. Chest pieces, sleeve head rolls and collar underfelts arrive finished to your patterns — cutting handling time on the bench without compromising the traditional hand.

Shoulder Pads

Tailored shoulder pads built from layered hair interlining and needled felt, sewn to a precise silhouette that holds its line through years of wear. Available in built-in, raglan and drop-shoulder shapes, with or without cover fabric, for jackets, coats and blazers.

Needle Pounch Felt

Needle-pounch felt is produced by mechanically needling layers of hair and wool into a dense, resilient batt — no weave, no binder. The result is a supple, full-bodied felt used for undercollars, sleeve heads, wadding and chest layers where a softer, mouldable support is wanted.
