Needled, binder-free felt — soft structure where weave is not wanted
Needle-pounch felt is produced by mechanically needling layers of hair and wool into a dense, resilient batt — no weave, no binder. The result is a supple, full-bodied felt used for undercollars, sleeve heads, wadding and chest layers where a softer, mouldable support is wanted. Every batt is needled, calendered and inspected in our own factory in Ningbo, in a range of compositions, weights and finishes to suit every kind of tailoring.

01Undercollar Felt General-Purpose Type Series
Composed of chemical fiber, wool and viscose in different proportions, the fabric is formed after thousands of machin needle-punching processes. Boasting an even surface and soft hand feel, it provieds structural support and elegant shaping for suit and overcoat collars.
